A federal judge has dismissed most of Blake Lively’s lawsuit against Justin Baldoni. The judge threw out 10 out of 13 claims including sexual harassment, defamation and conspiracy. Three of her claims can still proceed and those are breach of contract, retaliation and aiding and abetting in retaliation. The trial is set for May 18th.

So, as you know, ‘Backstreet Boy’ Brian Littrell is having ongoing issues with people ‘trespassing’ on his beachfront property. Brian recently called 911 and accused a man of assault and tried to press charges but the problem is the man had his own video. In his video, Brian is the one who instigated the altercation and called the man a homophobic slur. Prosecutors refused to press charges against the man. Brian, move.
