Miley Cyrus took to Instagram on Monday (March 24) to announce the release date and share details of her upcoming album, Something Beautiful, which is scheduled to drop on May 30 via Columbia Records. In the post, Cyrus also showcased a striking cover shot by Glen Luchford featuring the pop superstar wearing a vintage Thierry Mugler piece, which is “a striking nod to the album’s bold aesthetic and visual storytelling.” The 13-track record is produced by Shawn Everett and Cyrus, who described the project as being influenced by Pink Floyd‘s The Wall, “but with a better wardrobe and more glamorous and filled with pop culture.” Something Beautiful will be Cyrus’ ninth studio album and her first in two years, following 2023’s Endless Summer Vacation, which was nominated for Album of the Year and Best Pop Vocal Album at the 2025 Grammy Awards.
