Dua Lipa opened her own library in Portugal over the weekend. The Manifesto Library holds 100 books tied to four themes: power, control, voice and memory. It will be a home for writers and readers. Dua says the library is a ‘shrine to books that have disappeared, to authors whose courage unmasks structures of power and control, and to readers who refuse to be told what book they are allowed to read.’
Ed Sheeran crashed a wedding over the weekend. The bride’s brother messaged Ed on social media and told him the time and location of her ceremony. Ed got a police escort to the ceremony before walking out and performing ‘Perfect’ for the couple.
